Joo-Ah Seong is in charge of prior art search of trademarks, filing and registration as well as various trials related matters such as provision of information, objection request, invalidation and cancellation trials that occur after trademark registration.

After being admitted to the patent bar in 2018, Ms. Seong worked at Selim Intellectual Property Law Firm for three years. As a member of the trademark/design team there, Ms. Seong built her expertise by handling various matters such as incoming/domestic/outgoing trademark research, filings, OAs, trials and legal advisory services.

Joo-Ah Seong graduated from Sogang University (Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, 2017) and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
