Jeong-A Noh is a Patent Attorney at Lee International IP & Law. Ms. Noh’s practice focuses on patent cases in the fields of electronics, semiconductor, telecommunications, and circuits in general. In particular, her practice involves preparing of patent applications, appeal briefs, and appeals process against decision of rejection/refusal.

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2021, Ms. Noh was at Koreana Patent Firm from 2014 to 2021 where she handled cases on protection of IPR rights in the field of electronics, computers, semiconductor, and telecommunications-related sector. There, she was able to gain extensive experience in defending patent cases involving global communications equipment firms on their radio communication standards, and video/audio coding standards. She was also successful in advising clients on their patent litigations for semiconductor equipment manufacturers, and materials companies. Furthermore, Ms. Noh is experienced in software technology patent cases involving prior art research, FTO analysis, filing of domestic and international patent applications, and outgoing patent applications.

Ms. Noh graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA), and is fluent in English.
