Hyun-Chae Kim is a patent attorney at Lee International IP & Law. Kim specializes in in tasks related to patent filings in the fields of chemicals, metals and electronic materials. Also in the field of similar technology, Kim is rendering services to clients in various trials and litigations for cancellation of trial decisions including invalidation appraisals, infringement appraisals, patent invalidation trials, patent cancellation filings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Hyun-Chae Kim worked at Hanyoung Patent & Trademark Law Firm (2008), Asiana IP & Law Office (2008-2009) and Phil & Onzi International Patent & Law Firm (2009-2011), each of which Kim served as a patent attorney in the sectors of chemistry and life sciences. Also the role of patent manager of Pusan National University Industry-University Cooperation Foundation (2011-2012) gave Kim an opportunity to manage patents from various fields.

Hyun-Chae Kim accumulated expertise and experience in Lee International IP & Law from 2012 to 2016, and moved to Ha & Ha IP & Law Firm (2016-2023) to work there until she made a recent come back to the Firm.

Hyun-Chae Kim graduated from Sookmyung University (B.S. in Chemistry, 2003). She has sufficient English and Japanese skills to deal with business affairs, and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
