Soo-Kyung Kim is a trademark and design attorney who has practiced in the fields of trademark and design since 2010.
Ms. Kim has extensive experience in filing and prosecuting trademark applications and handling registration, oppositions, invalidation actions and appeals before the Intellectual Property Tribunal. She also has been involved in advising clients on protecting, managing and extending their trademark rights, providing strategies in trademark disputes and drafting argument briefs.
