Patent Attorney

Jin-Ju Kim is a patent attorney at Lee International IP & Law. Kim is in charge of prosecution and registration of trademarks and designs, as well as oppositions, information provision, various trials and litigation.

Jin-Ju Kim authored and published specialized textbooks on the Design Protection Act and has developed an in-depth understanding of such Act through conducting various lectures and educational activities. She worked at Dae-A Intellectual Property Consulting for one year where she gained hands-on experience and expertise by handling trademark and design prosecution for domestic and international clients, as well as managing office actions, sending and responding to cease and desist letters and engaging in trials and litigation.

Jin-Ju Kim passed the Korean Patent & Trademark Attorney Examination in 2022 as the youngest successful candidate that year, and graduated early from the Department of Psychology at Yonsei University (Class of 2024). She is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
