As counterfeit goods continue to proliferate across online marketplaces, proactive and systematic enforcement has become more critical than ever. However, we understand that such efforts often require significant time, resources, and cost.

To support your IP protection in Korea more effectively, we are pleased to offer a complimentary anti-counterfeiting monitoring service in collaboration with the Korea Intellectual Property Protection Agency (KOIPA), a  public organization under the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO). Operated by a highly credible government-affiliated agency, this program monitors major Korean online marketplaces for potential counterfeit listings. Please note that this service is limited to monitoring only. The results will be shared with you for your review, and we will provide separate guidance on any recommended enforcement actions based on the findings. ​
