Jae-Eun YUN

Patent Attorney

Jae-Eun Yun is a patent attorney at Lee International IP & Law. Yun is mainly in charge of patent filings in communications, networks, semiconductors and circuits sectors.

After being admitted as a Korean Patent & Trademark Attorney in 2018, Yun worked in Koreana Patent Firm (2021-2025). She has extensive experience handling patent cases in the fields of telecommunications, video coding, semiconductors and circuits, particularly in trial process and, more recently, she has handled many litigation cases. Yun also has experience handling domestic patent filings for diverse Korean, US, Japanese and European companies, as well as Korean companies’ patent filings in foreign countries such as the United States, Europe and elsewhere.

Jae-Eun Yun graduated from Korea University (B.A. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 2021). She speaks fluent English and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
